People first
Understand what drives your organization, and make sure those people are taken care of.
I craft operational experiences that merge functionality with employee satisfaction.
My journey began over three decades ago, when I discovered a deep desire to know how things work. Since then I've worked with startups and Fortune 500 companies alike, always bringing a detail-oriented, people-first approach to the table.
I believe good design is invisible: it just works. My approach is rooted in minimalism, stripping away the non-essential to reveal the core purpose of a product. Whether it's a multilayered global deployment or a simple dashboard of call metrics, I aim for clarity, speed and ease of use.
Today I bring that same thinking to marketing as Director of Marketing at MCDP, where the systems are websites and ad campaigns and the customers are patients finding their next dentist.
Understand what drives your organization, and make sure those people are taken care of.
Details should be clear and understood without narration.
Understanding the customer, internal and external, is the first step to solving their problem.
When I'm not improving workflows or opening deployment centers around the globe, you'll find me with my family, painting, or walking the local parks. I also enjoy making things with my hands and screens.
My résumé has every role and result, and my cover letter has the why behind them.
